Daria Ladocha, blogger, mother and food lover!

Daria Ladocha is 34 years old, polish, mother of 2 (“my babies” as she calls them) and a TV star back home. She successfully presents her own cooking programme.                                                                                                                     Daria not only promotes “healthy cooking” and “easy to cook” but Thai cuisine as well. Every year she visits Thailand to get familiar with the new cooking techniques.

Dynamic, Daria is full of projects. In Mauritius, she meets a religious people from all 5 continents, with different traditions and cultures and this surprises her.

An Otentik experience takes her to Malini, one of The Ravenala Attitude’s Family Members, for an Otentik dinner and on her request, she is initiated to Hindu prayers.

Daria came to Mauritius for a “culinary trip”. She travelled the country from west to east, tasting the musts of Mauritian cuisine… Roti, alouda, dholl-purri, curry, chilli bites, fresh fish, upside down bowl or mine frit, both in Port Louis or along the coast… an elaborate mix of spices – cinnamon, cumin, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, flavours from India, China, Africa and elsewhere… a sheer delight for the taste buds!

Daria fell in love with Mauritius, she left knowing she will be back. She shares her beautiful memories on her blog: http://mamalyga.org/mauritius-moja-wyspa-szczesliwa/
